Staff were very good and the hotel was gorgeous, it had favourable location to the ski lifts. Location: the property was short walk to restaurants, and the tourist attractions. Spent a nice evening at Dorfkrug Restaurant, located next to the venue.

the penthouse apartment i stayed in was new-fashioned in very modern kitchen with all equipment.

We went on a romantic getaway and the location was spot-on, very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel also offered two complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. The room had a great view and a cozy atmosphere.

Our experience was ruined by the poor customer service at check-out. We were abruptly told that we had to leave our room immediately and there was no consideration for our needs.
